Agreement on the suppression of visas in Diplomatic,Special and Service visas, between the Governments of State-Members of CPLP, signed on the July 17 of 2000, which allows citizens from the CPLP countries, who hold diplomatic, special or services valid passports, shall enter, transit, stay and exit the territory of each on of the State-Members, without needing previous Visa for it, whithin certain limits.

Decree No. 37/2003: Agreement on the Exemption of Taxes and Emoluments on Account of Issuance and Renovation of Residence Permits for Citizens of the Portuguese-Speaking Countries and the State-Members of countries of the CPLP, signed in July 30 of 2002, provides the citizens of a State-Member of the CPLP who live in another State part of the community, are exempt from taxes and emoluments due on account of issue and renovation of Residence Permits, except the espenses from the issue of those same documents.
